We are recruiting a number of part-time Customer Service Advisers for our Edinburgh based client.

You will be handling inbound calls from customers and resolving any queries they may have.
You will ensure the customer receives excellent service and leaves the call feeling happy with the service provided.

These roles will be working from home however you must be able to collect equipment from the Edinburgh site if successful and there may be occasion where you need to attend site for training, initial training will be on-site in Edinburgh with some days conducted over video.

The contract will be 20 hours per week, you will pick your own shifts that will be your set rota, however you must work either a Friday or Saturday.

This role pays 9.73 per hour Monday - Friday and 14.59 Saturday and Sundays and any hours over 37.5.

Training will start February 7th and you must be available for 3 weeks full-time training Monday - Friday 9am - 4pm
