A fantastic opportunity has arisen at Tiger Recruitment; we are seeking an experienced and passionate Talent Specialist to join our team and support on all internal recruitment needs. This busy role will be on a part-time or full-time basis in our amazing West End offices, with flexible working hours and an excellent benefits package.

The key role responsibilities include:
  • Previous demonstrable recruitment experience
  • Able to headhunt effectively as well as experience in pipelining candidates
  • Writing and advertising internal job roles, attracting top candidates to join their teams in their UK and International offices
  • Create and maintain an environment of equal employment opportunity, diversity and competitive advantage
  • Proactive database management to ensure pipeline of internal roles filled promptly
  • Self-starter - able to manage their own workload and self-motivate
  • Team player - able to build strong relationships internally and work well within a team
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Tech savvy and able to pick up new systems quickly
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Initiative and problem-solving ability
  • Continually network with candidates to generate recommendations
  • Commercial awareness and strong business sense
  • Positive demeanor with lots of energy and upbeat attitude
  • Strong multi-tasking and organisational skills
