We are looking for a part time Office Administrator to work for a small but energetic consultancy based in Swindon. This role will be working from home however you will be expected to go into the office 1 day a week.Duties include:Supporting the Scheduling Manager in:Support the end-to-end scheduling process, with a key focus on resourcing workshops and end user training projectsProduce contracts Create projectsEnsure the team maintain industry-specific certificationsMaintaining accurate and timely records in our systems Supporting the Finance Manager in:Creating invoicesChasing missing receipts/invoices/bills etc. for credit card transactions, expenses & billable travel expensesChasing invoices/expenses not received from sub-contractors Check weekly hours for team membersValidation of expenses before acceptanceAssessing VAT compliance/treatment of expense submissionsSupport for end of quarter/end of year activities (e.g. credit card reconciliation) Training SupportEnsuring training surveys are received and up-to-date Hours: 20 hours per week:Monday to Thursday 12pm to 4pmFriday 11.30 am to 3.30 pm Salary: 10.00 per hourFor further information please contact Laura at Frankly Recruitment.
