Property Portfolio Manager - Part Time

We are looking for an enthusiastic, hardworking and creative Property Portfolio Manager.  As a family we have c.10 properties (in and around Brixton, South London) and are also undertaking some big development projects to expand that further.  We are therefore looking for someone to manage these on a part-time basis (c. 10-15 hours a month) but this could expand given our pipeline of exciting development projects.  

Key tasks include: 

Overall property management for the properties which includes:

• Ensuring all the documentation associated with all the tenancies is up to date e.g EPC certs, tenancy agreements, contact details etc.etc
• First point of contact will all the tenants and related associations
• completing the necessary book keeping associated with the properties including preparation for tax returns
• Completing regular inspections of the properties
• working with tenants and suppliers to solve issues 
• Liasing directly with owners on weekly basis for key updates

 Person specification

This role will be ideal for someone with previous property management experience either through managing their own properties or with an agency.  You will be a self starter and able to deal with our tenants on a day to day basis.  Living or working in South London would be a bonus as would book keeping knowledge.

Full handover will be provided, by the current incumbent, who has been working successfully with us for the last 5 years for successful candidates.
