We are currently recruiting for 111 Call Handlers to work in Otterbourne, Hampshire on a permanent basis with Part Time Hours.** Part time hours available are 12, 18, 24 or 26 per week **This is a fast paced role working within a contact centre environment, answering and processing healthcare calls direct from the public, supported by on-hand nurses to assess callers healthcare needs and ensure they receive the right service or advice as quickly as possible.
