About the role

Sytner Group is looking for a passionate and driven Preparation Assistant to join our motivated sales team at Guy Salmon Jaguar Land Rover Bristol.

As a Sytner Preparation Assistant you will report to the Sales Manager and will be responsible for the profitability, stock purchases and preparation of vehicles within our brand new Arch Concept Dealership at Cribbs Causeway. You will implement effective sales plans and ensure that you deliver outstanding customer service.

This is a full time role which can typically include weekends to ensure we provide our customers with the highest possible levels of service.

About you

This role would suit an individual with a proactive approach to their work, knowledge of the motor trade and a general knowledge of sales within the motor industry. Well-developed organisational and communication skills are also required.

You will need exceptionally high standards, great initiative and the ability work in a logical and cost effective manner. You will be able to bring new and innovative ideas into the department and will continue to drive performance, whilst challenging the status quo.
