HR Administrator, 12-month Fixed Term Contract (20893)
This cutting-edge client needs a superb HR Administrator to join their team for a 12-month period to assist the HR Manager set up new processes & policies, contract management, recruitment and general Administration.
HR Administrator Responsibilities
This position will involve, but will not be limited to:
Assisting with recruitment, including preparing job descriptions and advertisements, offer letters, and contracts
Managing the Careers inbox and responding to job applicants
Updating the database, maintaining employee records and preparing employment letters
Managing any administration for employee leave (Maternity/paternity/parental/jury service etc.) and holiday records
Assisting with payroll for employees and contractors
HR Administrator Experience
HR generalist experience and/or experience a recent graduate studying towards a CIPD
Happy with an admin heavy role that will include junior level tasks
Exceptional organisational and communication skills
HR Administrator Rewards

The client is based Oxford (OX2). There is no onsite parking, though there are good public transport links to/from the city centre.
