We are recruiting for a part-time Admin Assistant to join our team in Aberdeen. As Admin Assistant you will provide a variety of administrative and clerical tasks including supporting to our employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company's general administrative activities.

Your day-to-day work will include answering and directing phone calls; organising and scheduling appointments; assisting in the preparation of reports; updating and maintain employee documentation and training, booking travel arrangements including necessary travel visas, submitting and reconciling expense reports; raising purchase orders and reviewing and updating contracts.

Skills and Experience

You must have previous experience as an Admin Assistant ideally within the Oil and Gas industry, be proficient in MS office, have excellent attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills. You must also have previous experience in SAGE software and organising international travel.

To succeed in this role, you will be a flexible team player with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work effectively.
