Summary
This position is supporting a male with a spinal cord injury in the NG4 area of Nottingham

Support will consist of the following:
• Personal care
• Medication
• Moving and positioning
• Driving to appointments/shopping and social activities
• Supporting with help around the home
It is desirable that you have an easy going personality, a great sense of humour, are reliable and trustworthy. Must be able to follow instructions as well as an ability to use own initiative. Ability & confidence to work on a one to one basis.

It is essential that you have a full clean driving licence

Additional tasks maybe required on occasions.

Working Hours
• Approx 15-20 hrs per week (2 to 3 shifts) including alternate weekends and one night / could split between PAs.
• Fixed rotas in advance
• Potential cover required for holidays and sickness
• Hours are flexible
