This is a great opportunity to join an excellent organisation as a Facilities Assistant, looking after the general maintenance and ensuring smooth running of their luxury accommodation. Tasks will vary from the everyday maintenance to assisting with larger issues and resolving these effectively.
Role - Facilities Assistant
Hours - 22.5 hours per week (Monday, Wednesday and Friday)
Location - Nottingham City Centre (NG1)
Pay - GBP10-11.50 per hour depending on experience
Duration - Ongoing role
This role would suit candidates who have a keen eye for problem solving and enjoy taking a hands-on approach to the day to day maintenance work required. Working as a part of the Facilities team this position is crucial to the service that this organisation provide to their users.
Experience/skills -
- Previous experience in a maintenance/handyman role is desirable
- Able to take a hands-on approach to maintenance issues
- Keen eye for detail
- Able to work effectively as an individual, prioritising workload to ensure the best outcome
