Customer Service Administrator – Beaconsfield Old Town

Knox Fire is a specialist fire suppression and fire detection company. Our systems help to keep buildings and people safe. We are expanding and now seek an experienced administrator to join a small team supporting our MD, based at our HQ in Beaconsfield. 

We’re a small company so what you do will vary from day to day. In general, though, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Dealing with queries from clients and potential clients
  • Scheduling work for our engineers
  • Managing client contracts
  • Issuing quotations
  • Administering PPE equipment and uniforms
  • Reconciling expenses
  • Health and Safety documentation

We’d love to talk to you if you have:

  • Experience of liaising with customers
  • Excellent communication and computer skills
  • The ability to work effectively under pressure
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • The ability to prioritise and work independently

The ideal candidate could be a mum wanting to go back to work 9:30-2:30 who has career experience in organisational or account management.

Hours: Part-time with flexible working arrangements

Hourly Rate: £13.00-£18.00 depending upon experience
