Brook Street are now working with a local and award winning business based in Nairn. Due to an internal move our client is now recruiting for a Part Time Accountant who would like to make a significant contribution to their business.

Reporting to the owner you will be responsible for the management of our reporting processes for the business (namely consolidated monthly results & strategic plans) inclusive of quality in-depth insight and analysis.

Key Duties
Preparing the group consolidated statutory accounts, including assisting with the year end audit and liaising with the auditors
Responsibility for the monthly and annual ledger close process across the business
Playing a key part in the future of the new finance systems implementation

Our Ideal Candidate Will Be a Qualified Accountant With Solid Experience Of Producing Good Quality Management Reporting Packs With In-depth Insight And Analysis, As Well As Possess The Following
o Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build effective working relationships
o Proactive/Self-Starter with the initiative to drive things forward and a proven track record of challenging existing processes and implementing more efficient procedures
o Highly motivated with a delivery focus and the ability to balance conflicting requirements
o Adaptable to business change and a fast-paced environment with a growth agenda
o Knowledge and working experience of SAP would be beneficial.
