I am a former London startup and scale up COO living in Surrey. I founded the LONDON COO Roundtable 10 years ago with a collective of the best Chief Operating Officers in the London tech ecosystem. I am passionate about bringing operations professionals together to define what it means to be a highly effective start up Chief Operating Officer, support those in post to self actualise as leaders and reach their full potential in their roles and their careers.
The Network/Community Manager is responsible for looking after the London COO Roundtable members, making sure the network is relevant, offering value, ensuring that members are fulfilled and getting the most from their membership. Additionally, the Community Manager is responsible for helping reduce attrition rates, encouraging lapsed members to re-join and finding new members. The Community Manager will be required to carry out a range of admin tasks to ensure the effective running of and delivery of the communities objectives.
There are three role priorities:
• Member engagement
• Member retention
• Membership growth
