We are currently recruiting for this large commercial organisation who are looking for a part time HR Officer to join them for 22-25 hours a week. Reporting to a friendly and supportive HR Manager this is a real opportunity to develop your HR career.

Your new role
You will be providing a full generalist HR service to employees and line managers. This will include supporting managers with recruitment and selection, through to ER case work and well being initiatives. Supported by a HR Manager you will be the go to HR person for this site and will work closely with line managers to ensure HR initiatives and projects are rolled out across the business.

What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for an experienced HR Officer or Advisor who is confident with the full employee lifecycle. Working on a part time basis, there is flexibility around working patterns to ensure work life balance.
