In this critical role, you'll be part of the driving force behind the delivery of upgrading all windows 7 devices to windows 10 and be aligned to our technology roadmap. You will assist in managing and supporting a modern workplace, as well as the software application list by supporting all application on a daily basis.

You will follow the Applications Management framework ensuring that all processes and procedures are documented, communicated, and followed. You will provide input to all new projects engaging with the Project Management Framework and supporting transition into 'live'.

Someone with good knowledge and experience of software packaging and is familiar on deploying applications to a large estate. You should have a keen interest to keep abreast of the latest technologies, whether that be infrastructure, cloud hosting, networks, or security. • Good knowledge of Windows Operating System
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Endpoint Manager
• Good knowledge of Applications Support and Delivery
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal including the ability to communicate with people with varying levels of technical knowledge
• Good people and excellent customer service skills enabling strong relationships to be built and maintained
• Experience in Microsoft Endpoint Manager
• IT Third Line Support
• Experience of support roles in the IT Applications field
