As a Head of Product, your role will be central to us providing the most frictionless, simple, and optimized experiences for customers who are looking to join Sky, and for those existing customers who are looking to add more to their portfolio.


What you'll do:

- Be responsible for showing off our wares (we have many!) in the most immersive and engaging ways, only world class will do
- Ensure we are using the most innovative approaches and techniques across our discovery experiences and merchandising
- Be as comfortable using data and insight to drive your strategy and approach as you will gut and intuition
- Uphold the very highest standards of perfection and bring strong leadership to the team to embed pride and passion for the team's work
- Love a fast-paced workplace and relish the opportunity to grow a stellar network across the business that will support you day to day and most probably open doors in your future
- Form part of the Sky Digital Leadership team responsible for the overall department's and ultimately our customers success
- Have the ability to see the grey within situations and adapt your style accordingly
- Have the energy and drive to be part of a transformation agenda where winning hearts and minds is as important as making change for our customers


What you'll bring:

- A proven background in digital engagement, including industry best practices for UX/UI techniques
- Experience of CMS tooling and automation of merchandising processes
- Developed a playbook of tips and tricks for creating urgency, persuasiveness, relevance and more, including social proofing, behavioural science
- Be hungry to keep learning, developing taking inspiration from a broad range of industries and be passionate about developing the teams skills
- A strong collaborative mindset with an instinctive ability to work well with people
- Demonstrative experience of telling stories, helping to simplify complex messages
- Strategic digital thinking capability and an instinct for what customers need/want.
- An innate curiosity with the determination to find answers to address business challenges
- The ability to constructively challenge and question approaches that do not align to the strategy or business plan, willingness to push the boundaries to achieve and exceed industry benchmarks

Osterley:

Our Osterley Campus is a 10-minute walk from Syon Lane train station. Or you can hop on one of our free shuttle buses that run to and from Osterley, Gunnersbury, Ealing Broadway and South Ealing tube stations. There's also plenty of bike shelters and showers.
