About the role

Porsche Glasgow is looking for a highly motivated and hardworking Sales Support Administrator to join their fantastic team.

In this role, you will work closely with the Sales Manager, Sales Department and many members of the management team. You will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service whilst dealing with incoming enquiries from our customers in a prompt manner.

Key qualities for the role:-
Customer facing/service experience
Providing an excellent 'sales experience' to our customers.
Organised and with attention to detail.
Dealing with a volume of customers and queries
Proficient with standard IT software e.g MS Excel, Word and Outlook


About you

Previous experience in a Motor Trade administrative role is advantageous along with proficient IT skills; however, no specific industry experience is required.

We are looking for an individual who is committed to providing excellent customer service and thrive in a busy, high pressurised environment.

Ideally, you will be extremely organised, confident, have great attention to detail and be willing to go that extra mile. The passion to prioritise customer satisfaction at all times is crucial in this role.
