This role is open to both full time and part time applicants.

The job on offer

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Marketer to join our recruitment marketing team.  You will work with our Recruitment Managers to create and run deliver impactful campaigns that showcase Capgemini’s great offering to experienced and senior hires.  Your campaigns and ongoing work will drive, promote and champion the awareness of Capgemini’s people value proposition through social, web and media channels both internally and externally.  

This role reports to the Director of Recruitment Marketing, you’ll be part of our wider UK Recruitment team, whilst working closely with both our UK and Global branding teams.

Your role

As a Recruitment Marketing Manager, you’ll be seen by our internal stakeholders and external partners as an expert in talent, employer branding and recruitment marketing. Your focus will be candidate attraction for experienced business and tech professionals as well as senior hires.

  • Help create and support the implementation of external strategic employer brand and recruitment marketing objectives 
  • Collaborate with our UK & Global Employer Branding Team to shape global branding assets for the UK market
  • Lead the presence of Capgemini on social media channels working closely with Marketing to ensure content is on brand and on message
  • Design and build attraction collateral and recruitment campaigns across social, web and media channels 
  • Support our recruiters to manage 3rd party relationships with key stakeholders to expand and enhance Capgemini’s brand in the marketplace 
  • Measure and report back on your activities with our Recruiters 
  • Energise an employee advocacy programme working with our Early Careers Attraction Manager
     

Your profile

You’ll have a passion for everything creative and social media related, with a desire to innovate and showcase the best ideas to colleagues especially our Recruiters

  • Strong written, visual and oral communication skills, you’ll be able to share the excitement of careers with a global leader  
  • The ability to build collaborative and effective relationships so that our Recruiters will trust you as their designated expert
  • Able to demonstrate an online footprint of previous and successful digital talent campaigns
  • Marketing know how; confident to explain Capgemini’s EVP to employees and creative agencies
  • We’d love to see your external recruitment marketing experience but internal and external business marketing experience is essential
  • Campaign management:  creating your own and working with agencies from concept to execution, measuring success and reporting back ROI
  • Self-motivated with the ability to prioritise and actively manage programmes and stakeholders
  • Pro-active and positive in your approach, you enjoy understanding the market trends and what our competitors are up to
  • Good research and reporting skills, able to use tools like Excel to report back effectively
  • Desire to lead and mentor a team within the next few years of your career
