What will you actually be doing?

Working across a range of stores you’ll be responsible for building productive relationships and ensuring the continued safety of staff and customers, while also minimising stock loss. As part of this you’ll carry out rigorous security checks, monitoring everything from fitting room operations to till point standards and the implementation of company security initiatives.

Providing ongoing support and advice to store management, you’ll quickly identify any potential security issues or concerns and implement the appropriate solutions. You’ll also help ensure external thefts are handled in the proper way as well as keeping Regional Loss Prevention Managers up to date with any internal concerns.

In a highly collaborative role you’ll support the effective management of security issues across your region, travelling regularly to offer your expertise and ensure company standards are being met. You’ll also take a flexible approach that allows you to meet the Next service level agreement, particularly during busy times and key commercial events.
 

Criteria

So, who’s right for the role?

With at least 12 months of outstanding retail or loss prevention experience, you’ll have the ability to identify and address security concerns in a fast-moving store environment. You’ll also have a hard-working and self-motivated approach, allowing you to deliver exceptional security solutions in challenging situations.

With a positive and flexible approach, you’ll be willing to travel regularly around your region and provide additional support during key periods. You’ll also have exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to ensure the relevant company processes are being followed in every part of the store.

An engaging and influential communicator, you’ll be able to build strong relationships with the stores in your region, while also communicating effectively with key stakeholders throughout the business.
