Anthem Consulting is a boutique recruitment consultancy specialising in the recruitment of finance, marketing and business development professionals into the professional services sector. We recruit for law firms, accountancy firms and management consultancies as well as real estate and built environment firms.  Set up in 2013 by the two Directors Frosso and Simone, we pride ourselves on providing transparent recruitment and consulting services that make a real difference to both our clients and our candidates. 

We are looking for a Candidate Resourcer to join our small but perfectly formed team of five.  We have an office in London but are currently hybrid working between the office and home.  We offer an alternative environment to the large, KPI driven agencies that don’t value the input of their employees.  

As you develop in the role, there will be the opportunity to grow into the role of consultant if you choose to do so.  

The role will involve:

Resourcing and Candidate Attraction

• Utilising the CRM database to contact and stay in touch with current and lapsed candidates

• Using LinkedIn to attract new candidates

• Speaking to candidates on the phone

• Arranging registration meetings 

• Screening suitable candidates

• Giving advice to candidates on their CV and interview technique

• Meeting candidates to prepare them for interview 

• Writing candidate profiles

• Preparing CVs 

• Keeping candidate records up to date on the database

• Sharing candidate information with Consultants

• Working on ad-hoc candidate projects

• Promoting candidate referral scheme
