We have a great opportunity for a HR Administration Assistant to join our team within Vistry Services, at our West Malling office in Kent. As our HR Administration Assistant, you will ensure the lifecycle of employees is efficiently and accurately administered using SelectHR & Zellis software. Assist in all areas of administration where required by HR and Payroll.

We are pleased to say, this role can accommodate agile working arrangements.

This is a Fixed Term contract for 5 months.

Desirable -

  • Ideally would have experience of SelectHR/Zellis software or package of similar nature such as SelectHR and Zellis
More about the HR Administration Assistant role…

  • Ensure all administration for new starters, changes, and leavers, are completed accurately in line with service level agreements (SLA), in time for relevant payroll deadline.
  • Ongoing maintenance of Select-HR software ensuring all details are consistent
  • Liaise with Payroll, Fleet, IT and Expenses sending all relevant notifications to appropriate departments
  • Ensure appropriate authorisation of all employee changes are in place as per Company requirements
  • Any other duties that are required
