Pertemps are currently recruiting for part time Customer Contact Advisor's to join our public sector client in Edinburgh City Centre

Hours of work: Mon - Thurs 09.00-15.00
Rate of Pay: GBP10.78 per hour
Duration: 12 weeks with possible extension
Immediate Start

Full training will be provided

The Customer Contact Adviser will join an established waste and environment team to provide excellent customer service.

Duties to include:

• Taking incoming customer call
• Logging accurate notes regarding calls
• Escalating calls as required

Successful candidates will:

• Have an excellent telephone manner
• Have good attention to detail
• Excellent admin experience

Past customer service experience is essential.
