Land Rover Coventry is looking to recruit a highly motivated Quality Controller to join our team.

As a Quality Controller, you will join our team of talented vehicle technicians and be responsible for the quality control process of service and repair work on motor vehicles for our customers. You will also ensure that you deliver an outstanding customer experience.

You must be able to demonstrate an ability to ensure repairs are 'Fixed First Visit' in an environment that demands quality workmanship and commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. You must possess excellent communication skills and a passion with enthusiasm to work with this prestigious brand. This role would also require supporting workshop control with the allocation of work and general processes in the department.

You will be an integral member of the Service Team and deliver the very best customer service with clear vision to run an efficient and professional aftersales operation. This role will suit a vehicle technician who is looking for the next level in their career journey.

This is a full time role which can typically include weekends to ensure we provide our customers with the highest possible levels of service.
