A great opportunity has arisen to join us here at Knight Frank, and we are currently seeking a Tenancy Progressor to join our Hampstead Residential Lettings team. You will be responsible for efficiently progressing the paperwork for new Lettings deals.

 

In the Tenancy Progressor role, you will be responsible for:

  • Drafting up all paperwork for new tenancies, including Tenancy Agreements and Invoices
  • Submitting reference requests for prospective tenants
  • Registering deposits under the Tenancy Deposit Scheme
  • Arranging inventory check ins for properties
  • Dealing with sensitive information whilst following Data Protection guidelines
  • Working to tight deadlines to move in prospective tenants
  • Mediating with Knight Frank clients, Tenants and Relocation Agents to ensure all necessary paperwork is completed as smoothly and efficiently as possible
  • Liaising with members of other departments and local offices on a day to day basis
  • Mentoring and managing a team of up to two people, including performance reviews, career development, and training
  • Running regular reports to meet KPIs and uphold Best Practice and Customer Service Standards

 

To be successful in the Tenancy Progressor role you will have the following skills and experience:

  • 2 plus years’ experience in Residential Lettings Supervisor / Team leader role
  • Preferably ARLA qualified
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Packages such as Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • Proficiency with Qube (Aspasia)
  • Strong communication skills to effectively deal with stakeholders at all levels in a polite, professional, and helpful manner, both face to face and on the telephone
  • Proven background in Property, Administration, and Supervisor / Team Leader role
  • Keen interest in property
