We are currently seeking a 3D Senior Digital Construction Surveyor with extensive experience in 3D data capture/design verification reports with the ability to problem-solve and innovate to join our growing team either using our Birmingham office or London office as a base but this will be a role where travelling to projects nationally (Leeds, West Midlands, East Midlands, London and South East mainly).

The role would primarily involve 3D laser scanning on interiors projects: 3D data processing, design verification, BIM modelling, and support for the Digital Construction team.

Your main responsibilities will include;

Liaise with Design teams, Operations and Design manager teams to identify the correct scope of work based on the project requirements.
Understand customers' (internal and external) needs and can manage/build strong customer relationships.
Manage the team expectations regarding cost and timescales to complete the surveys and provide the outcome.
Establish processes and procedures to offer the service to internal and external customers.
Check and audit the quality of internal and external information collected on-site and the successful transition to deliverables.
Present and validate with the team that the outcome achieves the customer expectations.
Maintain a positive and solution-oriented approach to work, providing open and honest feedback.
Develop internal quality standards to specify internal and external services.
Ensure that all survey kit is maintained and well kept.

Essential and Desirable Criteria

The ideal candidate would have an industry-related degree or similar qualification and have several years of measured survey & 3D laser scanning experience. Knowledge of Faro/Leica 3D laser. Knowledge of point cloud processing software Revit and AutoCAD. Knowledge of Edgewise/verity would be beneficial.
Candidates should be flexible/adaptable & thrive in a fast-paced working environment. The candidate will have the opportunity to choose the correct tools and equipment to conduct the surveys and models and grow the team.
