We are currently recruiting for a Bid Coordinator to work along with our Senior Bid Manager in the specialist team that focus on projects up to about £5milliion in construction value (PB5) . This is a hybrid role (office and home) and working closely with our PB5 teams. You will be able to coordinate the bid team to achieve high quality, winning bids that meet our company objectives. We have a diverse range of customers and project types that we manage. The main role of a Bid Coordinator at Willmott Dixon Interiors is to coordinate the bid process in order to provide quality support to the Bid Team Leader and actively work to enhance the quality of bids. You will also be able to assess technical bid requirements and assist the bid leader to shape the proposals. We hope you will be able to provide creative ideas and initiatives into bids and constantly look to improve how we work. You will be joining a friendly and supportive team with an amazing forward pipeline of projects and framework opportunities to bid for.

The Project As the specialist interiors arm of the Willmott Dixon Group, we have the experience, expertise and resources to fulfil every kind of project nationwide - from £100,000 to £30 million. Willmott Dixon Interiors has a bustling Main Office centrally located on Farringdon St with great transport links. Essential and Desirable Criteria

Essential Criteria
* Experience of coordinating the bid process
* This role would suit someone who is proactive, customer focused, approachable with a can do attitude.
* Experience of writing bid submissions
* Proficient with Adobe Indesign software
* Good written/creative skills
* Excellent resource planning skills
* ideally full membership of relevant professional body
* Experience of using Microsoft Office

Desirable Criteria
* Relevant degree or equivalent qualification
