Key Responsibilities:
As an Enrolment Team Manager you will be overseeing a team of QAHE (QA Higher Education) Enrolment Officers who are a key point of contact for Degree Apprenticeship learners and responsible for guiding and progressing learners through the enrolment process, which delivers revenue to the business.
We strive for customer excellence in everything we do, so the successful candidate should be highly engaging, organised and have excellent customer service and stakeholder management skills.
Ensuring the Enrolment team completes Enrolments in line with monthly and quarterly intake targets and expectations.
Maintaining the teams' individual daily delivery KPI's (KPI's include scheduling learners within 48 hours, regular reporting to the account managers, maintaining frequent contact with conversion, admissions, compliance and onboarding delivery teams to ensure smooth enrolment, completing Enrolments in line with targets and expectations, maintaining low compliance rejection rates)
Forecasting and regularly communicating on progress and learner pipeline with Management and Sales leads
Monitoring the Enrolment team's inbox ensuring work requests and queries are assigned, resolved and organised in a timely fashion
Support the team from a daily management perspective and help to resolve and manage escalations and queries where required
Ensure we are providing first class customer service to the learners and other internal stakeholders at all levels
Upload and maintain accurate and up to date data on relevant platforms and reports
Provide spare capacity to the team as required
Liaise with the onboarding delivery teams to set up quarterly programme launch events
Go the extra mile to help students complete their enrolment within given deadlines, i.e. provide alternative solutions, and liaise with external institutions and wider QA team
Self-manage learner pipelines within KPIs and SLAs; share critical information with the team to ensure everyone is on the same page
Run and maintain weekly/monthly Management Information pipeline reports alongside the QA conversion manager
Ensure we are creating a sense of engagement with learners and their enrolment and onboarding process
Prioritising workload as required and taking initiative to continuously improve the enrolment process
