Software Engineer
MPB is actively recruiting for talented individuals to join our growing Product & Engineering team based in Brighton (hybrid working).
MPB has gone through a period of growth over the last 18 months and we are continuing on this trajectory. Led by Sophie Davies-Patrick, winner of the CTO of the Year at the Women in IT Awards 2021, you’ll be working with a vibrant team on a range of projects.
Sophie has implemented career frameworks for the team so that you will know exactly how your career can progress and it is tailored for the direction that you want to take. The team is dedicated to R&D and fosters a culture of openness and collaboration.

What you’ll be doing day to day
- Supporting and building new features for our React based Customer Platform and Back-office applications.
- Working in a supportive Scrum team where collaboration is key to our development lifecycle.
- Working with Python & Django to design and build out our backend services
