A M-F role with some occasional need to work outside those days and a very flexible approach to hours worked and changes to hours for appointments etc.
BENEFITS:
Pension; 28 days holiday (pro-rata) plus an extra day off for your birthday

* Working with our freight and customs partners to export international orders.
* Working with our production team and operations software to monitor and manage stock levels.
* Taking responsibility for the new accounts pipeline, from initial interest or lead through to a sale.
* Implementing an on-going email and phone campaign with wholesale customers, ensuring their account is looked after with care, and repeat sales and customer retention are optimised.
* Coordinating photography, POS and other assets for wholesale customers and ensuring all information required is provided in a timely manner.
* Taking full responsibility for the upkeep and maintenance of online B2B platforms including uploading new products, updating pricing and ensuring all information is up to date.
* Handling all wholesale customer enquiries and issues, taking responsibility for finding solutions to any issues that arise.
* Growing sales by bringing in new wholesale accounts and partners through targeted research, pitching and campaigns.
* Researching, implementing and developing new markets and routes to market.

* Working with the Creative Director to forecast sales and regularly analyse actual data against predictions and adjusting plans accordingly.
* Working with the Creative Director to regularly monitor and analyse sales data against relevant activity, and using that information to inform ongoing sales and marketing decisions.
* Using the above to ensure your time is managed effectively, getting the most out of any potential new markets or opportunities.
* Assisting with other areas of administration, operations and customer service if required.
About You:
* You must be self-driven, with a passion for personal and professional development and growth.
* You are extremely confident talking to a wide variety of people, both in writing, on calls and in person.
* You must be able to sell with confidence, backed up by great products and a supportive team.
* You will have a good understanding of business economics and strong mathematical skills.
* You must have strong organisational skills and be able to effectively prioritise a busy workload based on company priorities.
* You are highly IT and web literate and pick up new platforms and software quickly and with ease.
