The Role: Service Improvement Officers

Location: Stratford London or Sale Point in Manchester 

Contract Types: Permanent

Persona: Agile, 20% - 40% in the office

Salary: £31,625 - £39,908 depending on experience

As part of the Housing Management Quality Assurance team and working as alongside an additional two Service Improvement Officers, you will be responsible for the end to end project management of a range of Service Improvement initiatives. You will place pride and passion into your work, and be accustomed to working within project management life-cycles. In addition to your ability to influence senior stakeholders, you will be passionate about ensuring L&Q provide exceptions Customer Service, and that the impact of our customers are considered in everything we do.

To be successful in this role, you will care passionately about the service we deliver to our residents. You will have extensive Project and Change Management experience, as well as a formal Project and/or Change Management qualification.

A strong ability to identify and manage a range of stakeholders at all levels is essential. You will be skilled in identifying change requirements, and translating these into measurable benefits to ensure the successful implementation of change within time, cost and/or quality constraints.

You will be a team player, and passionate about utilising the skills, experiences, abilities and potential of others to ensure that we achieve more as a collective. You will be innovative and passionate to include colleagues and residents in a change journey.

A fantastic communicator, you will have strong verbal and written communication skills that enable you to produce and deliver reports and presentations to a range of stakeholders at various levels.
