On behalf of our Client we are looking for a Business Analyst to assist in the analysis work required in managing and developing/enhancing the systems supported by the RTB (Run the Bank) team.

The work will involve liaising with the Finance, Risk and Treasury & Capital Management (TCM) teams focusing mainly on system enhancements and development whilst maintaining proper documentation such as BRDs (Business Requirement Document) and IDD (Interface Design Documents).

Key Responsibilities
Analysis and Solution Definition:
 Rapidly understand the business objectives, issues and challenges.
 Liaise with relevant teams to define and document business requirements,
functional specifications, business processes and recommendations related to proposed solution.
 Communicate required changes to development team (in-house and vendor).
 Where necessary, assist our stakeholders in the production of the business requirement documents so that they can be understood by the wider team and organization
 Work closely with the technical developers on the tools/projects to ensure the requirements are interpreted correctly.
 Ensure all analysis work and documentation is completed in time as per the regular release cycles
 Proactively identify any opportunities for enhancement
 Assist in resolving and investigating any queries raised by our stakeholders regarding the data quality or usability of the tool
 Communicate effectively with all stakeholders and escalate issues where
necessary
Documentation
 Create documentation of as-is process of our tools – BRDs and Technical
documents where missing or update where divergence from as-is state Testing:
 Undertake testing efforts and act as primary liaison between users and project teams.
 Ensure issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in a timely
manner.
Project Execution:
 Assist in adherence to project deadlines and schedules.
 Communicate and apply project standards.
 Consistently deliver high-quality output.
Preferred Qualifications and Experience
 A strong, proven track record of project business analyst delivery in the financial services industry with the ability to:

Evaluate business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas
for improvement and developing and implementing solutions.
o Serve as a liaison between stakeholders and users and deal with
colleagues at all levels of seniority.
o Gather critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and
producing high quality project documentation:
o Business requirements
o Functional specifications
o Test cases / scripts
o Business operating models and processes
 Lead and conduct testing with a strong focus on efficient and automated testing:
o Test case definition
o System integration testing
o User acceptance testing
o Exposure comparisons
 Educated to degree level or equivalent.
 Strong knowledge of traded products, counterparty credit risk exposure
framework and calculations.
 Strong knowledge of MS Office, SQL, Jira, continuous deployment frameworks.
