Working Pattern: Part-Time/ Full-Time considered (between 26-40 hours a week considered) 

Our expanding group of brands has been established for 30 years and consists of multiple ecommerce platforms. The newest company within this established and private equity backed group of consumer-facing brands, LittleList is a place where first-time parents can share their shopping list for all things baby with family and friends (or shop it themselves). It will use online tools and A1 customer service to help parents-to-be prepare for their new arrival. 

We are looking for a ‘digital front of house’ and content presenter (fondly named ‘Chief Baby Brain’) to offer our expecting parent customers something truly exceptional as they start to use LittleList. This person must be well presented, articulate and empathetic, with extensive experience of pregnancy and early parenthood. They will need to understand all aspects of this stage of life in order to talk honestly and authentically with customers and share insights/ paint a picture of what the baby (and parents!) will need.

This person will provide an excellent customer experience and intuitive support, building rapport with new customers in a welcome call that explains the service whilst understanding the expectations and concerns of new parents which will guide their shopping experience thereafter. This person will then hand down the customer to an appropriate shopping helper within the LittleList team who can establish the exact products that would suit the parent. A friendly, professional, experienced and positive energy is required to welcome customers and ensure they feel understood. These character traits will also lend themselves very well to the other aspect of the job that will be about presenting online content to help parents understand product categories and products themselves. These videos will be produced with professional teams and will be put together in the lead-up to the LittleList launch.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Being the face of video content that explains products in layman terms to often baffled expecting parents. 
• Building rapport with our couples by offering a fantastic, personal service while creating a trusting relationship via video call.
• Advising couples during private appointments about our bespoke service and converting enquiries into registrations.
• Creating customer profiles from extensive note-taking in the initial calls in order to comprehensively handover to the LittleList sales reps.
• Being in touch with customers throughout their pregnancy to be on hand with advice and guidance at all stages.
• Living and embodying our tone of voice which is reassuring, kind, practical and experienced.
• Always having LittleList Principles in mind, understanding your responsibility as the doorway and ambassador to our service.
