Job Details
This is an exciting opportunity to join a well established and motivated administration team where no two days are the same. You will be based in the Weybridge office in Surrey (with potential of flexible working down the line.) The main purpose of this position is to provide an effective and efficient administrative service to meet the business requirements.
As an administration coordinator your role will include:
* Diary and inbox management
* Providing administrative support to the relevant departments
* Covering reception on an ad hoc basis
* Updating databases and relevant media channels
* Managing documents and uploading/printing where needed
Essential and Desirable Criteria
* Ideally you will have some office/reception experience but not essential as training is provided
* If your looking for your first step into admin/PA work this is the ideal role for you
* Excellent IT skills, in particular Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
* Be an excellent communicator
* Be able to manage multiple projects at any given time
Personal Qualities
* Flexible approach to working and learning
* Be able to work well within the team but also as a lone worker
* Capable of organizing and prioritizing workloads to meet company deadlines
