Sales Executive / Senior Sales Consultant / Recruiter / Recruitment Partner

We’re looking for a 1 full or 2 part time sales people to work with us for the long haul and help our RockIT clients all over the world on their journey to — and beyond — scaling their recruitment business to 7 or 8 figures.

We're a global training and coaching consultancy business, with a great reputation and track record that helps recruitment business owners to scale their business by 50%-250% in 3 months or less. 

Specifically, we are looking for an experienced, results-oriented, and ambitious sales team member that wants to earn top dollar and be a part of a movement creating a better recruitment world by lifting others.  

Last year, our AVERAGE salesperson earned on target earnings of £178K, working flexible hours from home, talking to pre-sold leads that were booked FOR THEM every day. Zero cold calling.

The Role:

As the salesperson, the ENTIRE client experience starts with YOU.  It’s your job to serve people by helping them get clarity on the truth about where they are, help them transition out of mediocrity and introduce them to a bigger, better and more wonderful vision for their business.

The people you enrol will have their lives and businesses radically transformed.  They will make a hell of a lot of money and a business that can run without them.  They will serve the world in a bigger, grander, more wonderful way.  And they will go onto help THOUSANDS of people all over the world.

The ideal person:

• You TAKE PRIDE in your work. You care about the service you deliver. You SERVE not sell.

• You must be naturally CURIOUS and LIKEABLE. You enjoy speaking to people (no matter their position) and are able to listen and understand people’s needs.

• You must be METHODICAL – if you don’t like routine, and you don’t like detail, this is NOT a position for you. You will be doing the SAME THING every day.  Each call presents its own challenges, but you must be comfortable sticking to the FRAMEWORK.

• You must be COACHABLE and strive to be WORLD CLASS. You must enjoy mastering your skills and strive to deliver excellence every time.  We have every intention of CHANGING your BAD HABITS and re-building you from scratch.  If you’re not open to that, don’t apply.

• You must have high INTEGRITY. You honour what is right for your clients and that includes being able to say “no” when someone is not a fit. Doing the right thing has to be more important to you than making the sale.

• Even though you’ll be given all leads so you won’t have to do any new business development, you must feel comfortable asking tough questions.

• We LOVE what we do, have a lot of fun and enjoy an amazing team environment.  It’s integral that you enjoy working as part of a team. 

You will be a TOP ACHIEVER and must have either:
 

• Been a top performing recruiter or sales person with at least 3 year’s experience who wants a change to sell a product that transforms lives.  Or
• Managed a successful recruitment or sales team of high performing individuals, or
• Had your own business and achieved great results – but now wants to experience something different and work with a world-class, fun and slightly crazy team.
