THE COMPANY
Are you an experienced Administrator who is happy to commit to a part-time role? We are excited to bring you the chance to join a well-established wholesaler as an Administrator commencing ASAP so swift applications are encouraged!
THE ROLE
You will join the business on a part time contract working 25 hours a week flexibly across Monday - Friday as an Administrator. The standalone position will see you working in a varied and fast-paced environment, taking accountability for all office administration. You will report to the Commercial Manager and must be confident in working alone, managing your own workload and be confident in making the position your own.
Key responsibilities will include:
Being the first point of contact for all queries into the business
Taking and managing all calls
Processing orders
Maintaining and reviewing customer accounts
Liaising with market staller daily
Working with the outsourced payroll company to transfer relevant information
Raising purchase requisitions for supplies
Maintaining the sales database
YOUR EXPERIENCE
To be considered for the position of Administrator you must meet the following criteria:
A strong administrative background
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
Strong organisational skills and multi-tasking ability
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
It will also prove very advantageous if you drive and have access to your own vehicle.
THE RATE OF PAY
You will receive an hourly rate of GBP10.00

This is a part-time permanent position working 25 hours a week flexibly across Monday to Friday.
