Role purpose:

To attract, select and engage the best candidates when and where we need them and give candidates a great experience with YRH from the first interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsibility for the end-to-end resourcing process of finance managers and financial controllers, including developing the resourcing "machine"
  • Responsibility for finding suitable applicants for regional directors and other internal roles
  • Engaging candidates with our proposition, and making sure that the benefits (and expectations) of joining YRH are clearly positioned in a positive way
  • Managing and developing resourcing channels such as Reed, Indeed, LinkedIn, other job boards and recruitment specialists
  • Building new channels for the business to reach and engage with prospective future candidates
  • Coaching the YRH team and helping them build their expertise in interviewing best practice

Location:

  • Mostly working from home, conducting telephone (audio) and Teams (video) interviews
  • Up to one day a week working from the office (based in Farnborough and surrounds)The above is subject to flex upon the needs of the business.

Hours & Rate:

  • 3 days a week, 9am to 5:30pm daily. Potential for the role to grow as the business grows.
  • GBP35,000 per annum pro rata: GBP21,000 for a 3 day week

Job requirements:

  • Place and manage adverts and initial CV screening (in conjunction with the Administrator)
  • Headhunt and CV search to get suitable candidates into the funnel
  • Conduct initial screening telephone calls and additional interviews as required with candidates; engaging candidates in the YRH value proposition and setting clear expectations (in conjunction with the Administrator)
  • Investigate and recommend and develop new resourcing channels, including on social media to create a resourcing funnel
  • Streamline the process of resourcing
  • Helping to review and implement new resourcing systems (as requested by the Operations Director)
  • Provide market intelligence on the resourcing world
