Project Manager Stroke Service

This is an exciting time to help us consider how we continue to support people affected by stroke. We’re looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to lead our project reviewing our current offer at the Life After Stroke Centre in Bromsgrove.

Position: Project Manager (LASC)

Location: Hybrid role working 2 days per week from home and 2 days per week from the Life After Stroke Centre, Bromsgrove          

Hours: Part-time, 28 hours per week

Salary: £24,360per annum (inner London weighting £2,639 per annum or outer London weighting £1,404 per annum may be applied in accordance to where you live) FTE circa £30,450 pa

Contract: This is a fixed term 12-month post from start date

The Role

Reporting to the Associate Director for the Midlands, you will oversee the entire project, ensuring that all stakeholders are fully informed and involved throughout. You will be the direct contact for the agency conducting a thorough evaluation of our current offer and will then be responsible for implementing any recommendations made.

You will have experience of working in a diverse team and be an excellent communicator. The successful applicant will be required to work from the Life After Stroke Centre on Wednesdays and Thursdays to ensure that those utilising our current services are able to liaise with you as required.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Ensure evaluation is fit for purpose, thorough and delivered on time
  • Ensure that beneficiaries’ needs are understood and translated into project outcomes
  • Ensure key milestones are met, against defined/agreed critical success criteria

About You

You will have experience of:

  • Project or programme management at scale
  • Working as part of a diverse team
  • Knowledge and understanding of the needs of people affected by stroke

To fulfil the role, you must abode in the U.K and have the right to work in the U.K.
