My client is looking for a part time Customer Support Team Member with the great opportunity to work Part-Time and partially from home. This role is working in a friendly local business with a great reputation of looking after their staff and customers. The Role:

Dealing with enquiries from banking customers.and ensure they are resolved or passed onto the right department

?? To provide an exceptional customer experience service by telephone, post, email, online and face to face by completing all requests to a high standard. ?? Ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner in line with any agreed service level agreements. ?? Ensure the timely and accurate progression of work. ?? Provide help, support and feedback to customers and colleagues.

?? To be aware of and understand the laws and regulations in respect of Financial Crime, and to adhere to the Societys Financial Crime Policy and Procedures. Key Skills:??
