What's in it for me?
A warm and welcoming family owned call centre - Looking for a number of full and part time candidates to join their team of inbound customer service advisers.
Full time hours are any 8 hours between 8am - 9pm Monday - Friday, any 8 hours between 8am & 8pm on Saturday and 9am - 5pm on Sundays (Any 5 out of 7).
Part time hours are 2 evenings per week Monday - Friday 4pm - 8pm and any hours 8 on Saturday between 8am & 8pm - candidates can specify hour and day preferences.
First 4 hours of overtime in the month paid at time and 1/4 and anything after that paid at time and 1/2.
Commission is paid at 4% of anything upsold on calls and is paid monthly.
Day to Day Duties
As an Inbound Call Centre Adviser you will be:
* Answering inbound enquiries
* Dealing with cash transactions
* Processing orders
* Providing assistance to vulnerable customers
* Data entry
Essential Skills
As an Inbound Call Centre Adviser you must have:
* Excellent communication skills
* Patient demeanour
* Attention to detail
Desirable Experience
As an Inbound Call Centre Adviser it would be desirable if you could start imminently
What training is provided?
Full Classroom based training environment provided for 2 weeks between 10:00 and 16:00 Monday to Friday
