HR Manager - Part-Time required. Our client is a well-established manufacturer based in Brierley Hill. The successful candidate will be assisting with employee relations and managing HR policies and procedures. The company are a multi-national manufacturer of specialist equipment and industry leader within their field.

This role would suit a HR professional with exposure to the engineering & manufacturing industries seeking part-time hours.

HR Manager Position Overview

Creating and managing HR policies and procedures
Assisting with recruitment, inductions and reviews
Supporting the departments managers with HR related matters
Maintaining employee relations throughout the business

HR Manager Position Requirements

Previous experience within a HR Management role
Exposure to the engineering or manufacturing industries
CIPD qualification is desirable
Based in a commutable distance of Brierley Hill
