iMultiply are working in partnership with a growing professional services business based in Edinburgh City Centre. To support with the next phase of growth the business is now looking for a Finance Manager to join their dynamic and forward-thinking team.

The Company

The business is a growing real estate and investment management business that works with a unique range of clients. The company is now about to enter an important part of their growth journey with ambitious plans for considerable growth in the next 3 years. They are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join them on the exciting journey.

The Role

The position of Finance Manager will be required to maintain internal finances, ranging from transactional duties, up to the production management accounts. You will also work closely with the Finance Director to provide real-time information to support commercial decisions and strategy. This is an ideal role for candidates looking to make their first move from a mid-tier or 'Big 4' accountancy firm

You will be involved in but not limited to the following:

• Financial accounting and financial reporting support for a commercial real estate portfolio
• Preparation of management account and financial statements
• Supporting the audit process and assisting with tax-related queries
• Supporting the Senior Management team as necessary from time-to-time
• Assist with screening, analysis and execution of new investments, including financial modelling and market research
• Performance analysis of existing investments and disposal strategies. This will include coordinating updates of business plans and financial analysis of the portfolio performance

To be considered for this exciting opportunity you must have the following:

• Qualified Accountant ICAS/ICAEW/ACCA/CIMA although Part Qualified may also be considered.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Good analytical and problem solving
• Confident communicator with excellent inter-personal skills
• Commercial thinking, drive, ambition and professionalism
• High degree of accuracy and good attention to detail

On Offer

The role will offer a competitive full time equivalent salary of up to GBP50,000 dependant on experience The position of Finance Manager can be a full or Part-time role and will be based in their Edinburgh City Centre office with flexibility to work from home.
