And how will we challenge you?

You'll have the opportunity to answer our toughest people data questions! We're fortunate to have a continuous and exciting supply of work and lots of different puzzles to be solved with our industry leading people dataset.

We are on a mission to get known around the bank for the deep knowledge of our workforce we house and our team's ability to spot trends - so you'll get the opportunity to shout about your work through engaging with our partners.

You'll be able to collaborate with lots of data professionals in the bank through the growing Data & Analytics community. We'll provide you opportunities to share knowledge through self-starting guilds as well as offering you technical mentoring to develop your skill set and career path further.
