Fuel Card Services have a fantastic opportunity to join a fun, supportive and growing Tele-Gence Sales Team in Lawnswood, North Leeds (LS16 6QY). Like many of our current teammates you may not have worked in sales previously, but we'll provide you with all the skills, training and knowledge you'll need to succeed!

In this exciting part time sales position, you will be responsible for generating new sales by contacting new and existing fuel card customers and consulting them on the benefits of our vehicle tracking platform; Tele-Gence. You will become a subject matter expert, listening to our customers' requirements, and highlighting the advantages our solution would give.

Duties & Responsibilities

Maintain a full understanding of our product offerings and the market
Plan & prioritise sales activities to achieve agreed targets
On-board new customers through cold calling our customer and prospective base and converting leads passed via the fuel card agents
Deliver a high quality of service, increasing business growth and customer satisfaction
Respond to, and follow up sales enquiries using appropriate methods
Log information on calls and update all customer records on the CRM system
Any other duties as may be reasonably required

Enthusiastic and an excellent communicator
A good level of accuracy and attention to detail
Willingness to learn about call techniques and our products and services
Inquisitive nature, eager to learn more about our customers and their businesses
A desire to talk on the phone with a confident telephone manner
Previous experience within sales or customer service preferred but not essential

Benefits

Unlimited commission, it truly is uncapped!
Salary GBP21,500 per annum (Salary based on a 37.5 hour week, pro rata depending on hours agreed)
20 - 25 days annual leave (pro rata) plus bank holidays.
No shifts, we all work Monday to Friday 8:45am to 5:15pm with a 2:45pm finish every Friday!
