The Opportunity:

We are looking for a Systems Analyst who will be based within the People Function digital team and work alongside the SuccessFactors Product Owner, SAP/SuccessFactors, our SuccessFactors partner and our wider People teams to define and deliver suitable solutions for often complex requirements, using standard SuccessFactors functionality.

What will the role look like?

• Delivering high quality, strategic solutions for our business.
• Involvement in quality testing, issues and defect management, configuration and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across our SuccessFactors integrated technology landscape.
• Requirements gathering, solution design and configuration of SuccessFactors.
• Providing expert advice on SuccessFactors functionality and suggesting solutions that are considered best practice.
• Ensure configuration documentation is created, updated and reviewed to aid the smooth running of our People systems.

What skills & experience are we looking for?

• 2-3 years' experience in a similar role, working with Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Learning, Succession Planning, Compensation.
• Demonstrable experience in a team of application experts delivering SuccessFactors changes.
• Good communication skills. Ability to communicate technical explanations to non-technical teams.
• Experience of back-end configuration within SuccessFactors platform.
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Operate effectively as part of a team, collaborating with keys stakeholders, enabling sharing of information and best practice.
• Handling sensitive data and operating in line with organisational polices and GDPR legislation.
