Who we’re looking for 

We’re looking for someone with a bright attitude, with energy and the desire to  solve problems creatively and efficiently, working with pace and demonstrating  excellent attention to detail in order to meet high service standards.  

The role 

You’ll be a member of our Project team reporting directly to our EVP of Projects and  Operations and supported by a team of payment and Fintech experts. You may  often have to work alone, so you’ll need to be self-motivated and have the ability to  work effectively whilst collaborating with colleagues across the business, based in  the UK and globally. 

No day is ever the same, you’ll quickly develop a comprehensive understanding of  everything that goes into delivering the McLEAR Payment Ring and you’ll be looked  to as someone who understands what our customers want and how to deliver it. 

• Monday to Friday, 10am -3pm  

• London (Richmond), the team is flexible on some remote working • Competitive Salary 

• 6 Month Probation Period

Daily tasks will include, but not be limited to: 

• Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant  stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility 

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/ vendors for the flawless  execution of projects 

• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget

• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress

• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques 

• Measuring project performance using appropriate tools and techniques • Report and escalate to management as needed 

• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders 

• Perform risk management to minimise project risk 

• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors 

• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation 

• Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements  of each project 

• Track project performance, specifically to analyse the successful completion of  short and long-term goals 

• Meet budgetary objectives and adjust project constraints based on financial  analysis 

• Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members 

• Perform other related duties as assigned 

• Develop spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps to document needs 

What You Need 

• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office 

• Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II/ Agile certification and  proven working experience in project management is a plus 

Soft Skills 

• Solid organisational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills

• Excellent problem-solving skills 

• Ability to work in a small team 

• Self-motivated and delivery focused 

• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills 

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
