Hours of Work - Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 10am -14:00pm, Wednesday and Friday 12.30-16:30. Office based in Richmond – We are flexible within the team.

Who we’re looking for?
We’re looking for someone with a bright attitude, who is keen to learn new skills with energy and enthusiasm and a desire to help solve problems creatively and efficiently. Working with pace and demonstrating excellent attention to detail to learn and meet the customer success standards.
The Role
You’ll be a member of our Customer Success team, reporting directly to SVP Customer Success Team Leader and supported by a team of payment and Fintech experts. You may have to work alone once trained, so you’ll need to be self-motivated and can work effectively whilst collaborating with colleagues across the business, based in the UK and globally.
No day is ever the same, you’ll quickly develop a comprehensive understanding of everything that goes into delivering the McLEAR Payment Ring and you will hopefully learn to understand what our customers want and how to deliver it.

Daily Tasks: (Not be limited to)
Fulfilment
• Process returned stock
• Issue Rings
Customer Success
• Respond to all incoming customer enquiries and support calls via Zendesk and other channels
• Maintain clear records within Zendesk and follow standard processes for handling enquiries
• Promptly handle enquiries and provide solutions to complaints within timeframes • Assist with account oversight
General
• Provide support and cover for planned and emergency team member absences • Be flexible in supporting the team to deliver on the tasks and requirements placed upon them
• Maintain good records across all systems
Office Management
• Monitor levels of office essentials, including kitchen perishables, bathroom items, stationery, and despatch items. Order replacement items in good time. • Receive guests
• Receive deliveries and manage despatch
• Liaise with maintenance suppliers
