My client one of the worlds oldest and most prestgious business schools are looking to hire an HR Project Analyst for a 3 month contract to help with a discreet piece of work.
The role will report into the HR Director and support them on a project to clear through a backlog of work. The role will be varied and could include a number of HR tasks.

Job Description
My client one of the worlds oldest and most prestgious business schools are looking to hire an HR Project Analyst for a 3 month contract to help with a discreet piece of work.
The role will report into the HR Director and support them on a project to clear through a backlog of work. The role will be varied and could include a number of HR tasks.
Role will be responsible for but not limited to:
- Manage the HR inbox and respond to tasks and queries
- Providing generalist HR support and advice to circa 90 staff and 50 contractors
- Assisting in delivering a pro-active and high calibre service to line managers across multiple disciplines and departments.
- Supporting on employee relation matters, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and employee rights.
- Providing advice and support on people-related policies and procedures.
- Ensure HR systems and employee data is regularly maintained.
- Ensuring HR records and systems are accurate, up to date and comply with the principles of the General Data Protection Regulations and Act 2018 (including all manual and computerised employee records)
- Providing guidance to support manager's compliance that all employee absence is timely and accurately recorded (annual leave, sickness, unpaid leave, maternity leave etc.)
- To carry out adhoc duties as requested
Skills and experience required:
- Previous HR generalist experience in a similar size business
- Strong systems experience include Excel
- Methodical and organised approach
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
