Remote/London based Hybrid working – flexible & part time hours negotiable.. £45-55k + Car & Excellent Bens

The role 

The Marketing Manager role is an integral position in the business to support business objectives being hit. This is for someone that has the strategic sense and desire to get their hands-dirty. You will develop new, innovative ways to find, attract and retain customers through a range of channels and optimise campaigns. Reporting to the Head of Marketing – EMEA & US, you will engineer opportunities to help build brand awareness within the region and explore new marketing approaches to drive lead-generation. 

Responsibilities

  • Craft compelling product marketing messages and unique selling points that set our product suite apart from the rest in the market - focusing on developing go-to-market strategies  
  • Create compelling marketing copy targeting personas and key audiences to drive MQL’s  
  • Run targeted campaign activity from concept to delivery, across a mix of channels 
  • Maintain a compressive calendar of marketing activities across EMEA 
  • Help to communicate the vision and value of new products to the wider business and help Sales develop tools that facilitate the sales process 
  • Work closely with Ops and the Solutions team and help to perform surveys, interviews and focus groups to obtain insights about a client’s product usage and buyer personas to tap new opportunities 
  • Track, measure and report on campaign performance regularly 
  • Provide content and marketing to support events  

Requirements:  

  • An experienced B2B marketing leader, with 5+ years of industry experience 
  • Experience in recruitment outsourcing / the recruitment or consulting industry is desired
  • Experience in Account Based Marketing   
  • A competent copywriter, with a flair for adapting to a brand’s unique tone of voice
  • Someone who has run the entire end-to-end marketing campaigns, with an excellent grasp of brand-building and demand & lead-gen activities, as well as customer-focused campaigns 
  • You are comfortable using a range of tools to execute, measure and report on marketing campaigns, including email platforms and CMS platforms (Marketo preferred)
  • You have a solid track record of leading marketing initiatives to drive tangible business impact, achieving revenue growth while maintaining a sustainable CPA and staying within budget
  • You're a highly organised individual who’s able to juggle multiple competing priorities and demands
  • Excellent time management skills

  • High energy with a desire to do things differently
