Job Details

This role is a fantastic opportunity to join the Digital Technology Sales and Service organisation as a Performance Engineer, responsible for contributing to the performance testing strategy on a diverse portfolio covering NOW, Sky Ticket, Sky X and Sky Sports Box Office (OTT).

What you'll do:

  • Create/Maintain performance test framework.

  • Requirements analysis, Call tracing, Scripts preparation & Scenario design.

  • Detailed results analysis including application monitoring, third party application response time monitoring.

  • Test execution & co-ordination for issue resolution

  • Test data management using open-source tools.

  • Automation of tasks using scripting languages.

  • Develop and maintain framework for Kubernetes tests in AWS/GCP

What you'll bring:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in performance testing.

  • Designing test frameworks for at least one of the tools like Loadrunner/Gatling/Soasta.

  • Experience in testing large-scale web applications preferably media based.

  • Automating tasks using scripting languages like Scala/Python.

  • Coding in languages like Java/Golang.

  • Working with databases like MongoDB/MySql.

  • Working with multiple teams for issue resolving/requirements analysis/results analysis.
