Hours: 37 hours per week, part-time or flexible working applications are encouraged
Salary: GBP35,000 - GBP43,000 per annum (pro-rata for part-time hours)

Location: Flexible working applications will be considered. Regular visits to Penny Brohn UK Head Office in Bristol will be expected

Proven ability to deliver develop and implement People & Culture strategies that enable organisational growth? Through our team of cancer support experts (which includes doctors, nutritionists, counsellors and exercise therapists), Penny Brohn UK helps people with cancer to feel more physically and emotionally able to manage the impacts of their diagnosis and treatment, be more in control of their choices and have the best quality of life possible. By making our services freely available, our aim is for all people with cancer to be able to access the high-quality support they need.
Having recently celebrated our 40th birthday we have now set ourselves some bold ambitions for the future. You, in the role of Head of People & Culture, will be pivotal in Penny Brohn UK achieving our goals. With particular focus on developing organisational values, culture, and working practice that enable Penny Brohn UK to be culturally rich and culturally intelligent, you will also lead on ensuring that all Penny Brohn UK colleagues feel safe, healthy and able to reach their full potential. Reporting to the CEO and as part of the Senior Leadership Team, you and your team will act as internal advisors across the organisation and the employee lifecycle.
A successful People/Culture/HR professional, you will understand how to develop and implement strategies that support wide-reaching organisational objectives. You will have experience in leading equality, diversity and inclusivity programmes and on supporting organisations through transformational change. Your leadership and communication skills will be outstanding. Above all, you will bring energy to this incredibly special role, have the ability to build strong connections and have a passion for your work and making a difference.
